삭제 요청을 제출한 것만으로 모든 공급자의 로그와 백업 사본까지 최종 파기되었다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
삭제가 성공하면 Firebase 인증 계정·프로필, 클라우드 백업, 커뮤니티 게시글·댓글·좋아요, 공유 사진·영수증, 서버의 구독 상태 기록이 삭제됩니다. 기기에 남아 있는 앱 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 지울 수 있습니다.
개별 시음 기록과 첨부 사진은 앱에서 기록 → 삭제할 기록 열기 → 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. 해당 기록을 커뮤니티에 공유했다면 연결된 공유 게시글도 함께 삭제됩니다. 직접 삭제할 수 없는 특정 서버 데이터는 가입 이메일에서 아래 지원 주소로 삭제 범위를 적어 요청해 주세요.
가입 이메일과 제목 “VinoArchive 계정 삭제 요청”을 적어 tjrahlrhf@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하며, 통상 7일 이내 완료 결과를 회신합니다.
계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동 해지하지 않습니다. 스토어 구독 관리에서 별도로 해지해 주세요. Apple·Google·RevenueCat의 거래 기록은 결제, 환불, 부정 사용 방지, 회계·법률상 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 각 사업자의 정책에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다.

Submitting a deletion request does not by itself confirm that every provider’s logs and backup copies have been permanently erased.
After deletion succeeds, we delete your Firebase authentication account and profile, cloud backup, community posts, comments and likes, shared photos and receipts, and server-side subscription-status record. App data remaining only on your device can be removed by deleting the App.
To remove an individual tasting record and its attached photo in the App, open Records → open a record → Delete. If you shared that record with the community, its linked community post is also deleted. For specific server data that you cannot delete yourself, email the support address below from your registered email address and identify what you want removed.
Email tjrahlrhf@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “VinoArchive account deletion request.” We will verify ownership and normally confirm completion within seven days.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in your store subscription settings. Transaction records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may be retained as needed for payments, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations under each provider's policy.

削除依頼を送信しただけでは、すべての提供者のログやバックアップのコピーまで完全に消去されたことを意味しません。
削除が成功すると、Firebase認証アカウントとプロフィール、クラウドバックアップ、コミュニティ投稿・コメント・いいね、共有写真・レシート、サーバー上のサブスクリプション状態記録を削除します。端末だけに残るアプリデータは、アプリを削除すると消去できます。
個別のテイスティング記録と添付写真は、アプリで記録 → 削除する記録を開く → 削除を選ぶと削除できます。その記録をコミュニティに共有していた場合、関連する共有投稿も削除されます。ご自身で削除できない特定のサーバーデータは、登録メールアドレスから下記サポート宛に削除対象を明記して依頼してください。
登録メールアドレスから、件名を「VinoArchive アカウント削除依頼」として tjrahlrhf@gmail.com へ送信してください。本人確認後、通常7日以内に完了をご連絡します。
アカウント削除だけではApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプションは自動解約されません。ストアのサブスクリプション管理から別途解約してください。Apple・Google・RevenueCatが保持する購入履歴は、決済、返金、不正防止、会計・法的義務に必要な期間、各社のポリシーに基づき保存される場合があります。
