VinoArchive 개인정보 처리방침

VinoArchive(이하 "앱")는 술 시음 기록 앱입니다. 아래는 앱이 실제로 수집·처리하는 정보만 적은 것입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

계정 식별자

이메일 주소, Apple·Google·카카오 로그인 식별자, 표시 이름(닉네임)

수집 시점: 회원가입·로그인 시

이용자 콘텐츠

시음 기록(술 이름·평점·향미 노트·가격·구매처), 커뮤니티 게시글·댓글

수집 시점: 이용자가 작성할 때

사진

병·라벨·영수증·메뉴판 사진. 기기에 저장되며, AI 분석을 실행한 경우에만 해당 사진이 분석 서버로 전송됩니다.

수집 시점: 이용자가 스캔을 실행할 때

위치

지도 화면에서 "내 주변"을 사용하거나 기록에 장소를 지정한 경우의 좌표. 백그라운드 위치 수집은 하지 않습니다.

수집 시점: 이용자가 지도 기능을 쓸 때

진단 데이터

앱이 비정상 종료된 경우의 오류 로그, 기기 모델, OS 버전. 개인을 식별하는 내용은 포함하지 않습니다.

구매 내역

구독 상품 ID, 구독 상태·만료 시각. 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 앱이 수집하지 않으며 Apple·Google이 직접 처리합니다.

2. 이용 목적

시음 기록의 저장·표시·백업
AI 라벨 분석, 음식 페어링, 맞춤 추천, 월간 총평
커뮤니티 노트 공유 기능 제공
앱 안정성 개선(충돌 원인 파악)
구독 이용 자격 확인 및 일일 이용 한도 적용

3. 처리 위탁

Google Firebase — 인증, 데이터베이스, 파일 저장소, 서버 실행, 충돌 리포트(Crashlytics)
Google Gemini API — AI 라벨 분석·추천. 이용자가 해당 기능을 실행할 때만 사진 또는 술 이름이 전송됩니다.
Google Maps — 지도 표시
RevenueCat — 구독 상태 확인 및 영수증 검증

위 목적 외에 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID)를 수집하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

시음 기록은 기본적으로 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 클라우드 백업은 선택 기능이며 이용자 계정 전용 경로에 저장됩니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 서버에 저장된 이용자 데이터(백업, 커뮤니티 게시글, 구독 상태 기록)는 삭제됩니다.
진단 데이터는 Firebase Crashlytics 정책에 따라 최대 90일 보관 후 삭제됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

「마이페이지 → 데이터」에서 기록을 JSON으로 내보내거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 앱 내 계정 설정에서 가능하며, 관련 서버 데이터가 함께 정리됩니다.
위치·사진 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 주류에 관한 정보를 다루므로 만 19세 이상(대한민국 기준) 또는 거주 국가의 음주 가능 연령 이상인 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 해당 연령 미만의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

VinoArchive (the "App") is a drinks tasting journal. This policy lists only what the App actually collects and processes.

1. Information We Collect

Account identifiers

Email address; Apple, Google, or Kakao sign-in identifiers; display name

When: On sign-up / sign-in

Your content

Tasting records (name, rating, aroma notes, price, place of purchase), community posts and comments

Photos

Bottle, label, receipt, and menu photos. Stored on your device; sent to the analysis server only when you run an AI scan.

Location

Coordinates when you use "near me" on the map or attach a place to a record. We do not collect location in the background.

Diagnostics

Crash logs, device model, OS version. No personally identifying content.

Purchase history

Subscription product ID, status, and expiry. The App never collects card or payment details — Apple and Google handle those directly.

2. How We Use It

Storing, displaying, and backing up your tasting records
AI label analysis, food pairing, personalized recommendations, monthly summaries
Providing the community notes feed
Improving stability (diagnosing crashes)
Verifying subscription entitlement and applying daily usage limits

3. Service Providers

Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, server runtime, crash reporting (Crashlytics)
Google Gemini API — AI label analysis and recommendations. A photo or drink name is sent only when you invoke that feature.
Google Maps — map display
RevenueCat — subscription status and receipt validation

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for advertising. The App shows no ads and does not collect an advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID).

4. Retention and Deletion

Tasting records are stored on your device by default. Cloud backup is optional and written to a path reserved for your account.
When you delete your account, server-side data (backups, community posts, subscription status records) is deleted.
Diagnostic data is retained up to 90 days under Firebase Crashlytics policy, then deleted.

5. Your Rights

Export your records as JSON or delete them from My Page → Data.
Delete your account from in-app account settings; related server data is removed with it.
Revoke location and photo permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Children

Because this App concerns alcoholic beverages, it is intended for users who are 19 or older (Republic of Korea) or of legal drinking age in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age.

VinoArchive（以下「本アプリ」）はお酒のテイスティング記録アプリです。以下には本アプリが実際に取得・処理する情報のみを記載しています。

位置情報

地図の「現在地周辺」利用時、または記録に場所を指定した場合の座標。バックグラウンドでの位置取得は行いません。

診断データ

クラッシュ時のエラーログ、端末モデル、OSバージョン。個人を特定する内容は含みません。

取得のタイミング: クラッシュ時に自動

購入履歴

サブスクリプションの商品ID・状態・有効期限。カード番号などの決済情報は本アプリでは取得せず、AppleおよびGoogleが直接処理します。

2. 利用目的

テイスティング記録の保存・表示・バックアップ
AIラベル分析、フードペアリング、おすすめ提案、月間総評
コミュニティノートの共有機能の提供
アプリの安定性向上（クラッシュ原因の特定）
サブスクリプション資格の確認および1日の利用上限の適用

3. 委託先

Google Firebase — 認証、データベース、ファイルストレージ、サーバー実行、クラッシュレポート（Crashlytics）
Google Gemini API — AIラベル分析・おすすめ。当該機能を実行したときにのみ写真またはお酒の名称が送信されます。
Google Maps — 地図表示
RevenueCat — サブスクリプション状態の確認とレシート検証

上記の目的以外に個人情報を販売したり、広告目的で第三者に提供したりすることはありません。本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）を取得しません。

4. 保存と削除

テイスティング記録は原則として利用者の端末に保存されます。クラウドバックアップは任意機能で、アカウント専用の領域に保存されます。
退会時、サーバー上の利用者データ（バックアップ、コミュニティ投稿、サブスクリプション状態の記録）は削除されます。
診断データはFirebase Crashlyticsの方針に従い最大90日保存後に削除されます。

5. 利用者の権利

「マイページ → データ」から記録をJSONで書き出す、または削除できます。
アカウント削除はアプリ内のアカウント設定から可能で、関連するサーバーデータも併せて削除されます。
位置情報・写真の権限は端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。

6. 未成年者について

本アプリは酒類に関する情報を扱うため、満19歳以上（韓国基準）または居住国の飲酒可能年齢以上の方を対象としています。当該年齢未満の方の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
